Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Ships directly from our fulfillment center.
Please note that certain third-party brand products carried on consignment may require 5–7 business days to dispatch.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-Order Items
Estimated dispatch shown on each product page. We ship as soon as stock arrives — timelines may vary by ±2–3 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region and order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the current threshold is shown at checkout.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
How duties & taxes work for your order
For the majority of orders shipped via our standard channels, import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not be charged separately upon delivery.
Please be aware of the following exceptions:

Customs inspection delays: Occasionally, packages are selected for inspection by local customs authorities. This may add 3–10 business days to your delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Commercial express shipments (DHL / FedEx / UPS): For higher-value orders shipped via commercial carriers, import duties may be the customer's responsibility. This will be indicated at checkout or in your order confirmation. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.

Peak Season Notice
Ramadan, Eid & High-Demand Periods
During Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, and other high-demand periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes.
We recommend placing your order 3–4 weeks in advance for time-sensitive occasions to ensure timely delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Orders without Worry-Free Protection
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos (for damaged items)
We will do our best to assist, though resolution options are more limited without coverage in place.
